If an illness or injury threatens your ability to stay home, we can help. Our Home Care Aides (HCA’s) work closely with our clients to provide the In-Home Care they need. We are available for a few hours, a few days a week, or full time up to 24 hours, 7 days a week. You stay in the comfort of your own home and we will provide the necessary services like personal care and homemaking.

My husband, our two kids, and I live in Mattawan. We enjoy spending time traveling, camping, being on the lake or at the beach.

My passion for the medical field started at a young age when my grandmother was being cared for in a continuing care retirement community. After watching the staff care for my grandmother, who lived across the country from me, like family, I knew I wanted to help make a difference in someone’s life and play a pivotal role in caring for others.

Many years later, following high school graduation, I began my career as a Resident Care Aide in an assisted living facility. While attending college working towards my Bachelors of Science with a focus in Health Service Administration, I worked in direct patient care for 8 years. Later, I would move into leadership roles where I mentored, coached, and trained care teams for 7 years.

I met Dan and Justin in 2014 while interviewing for a position with Care-N-Assist, LLC. Although I was not selected for the position, Dan and I remained in contact throughout the years. Later, in  2019, Dan and I started having conversations regarding the franchise opportunity with HomeJoy. I knew immediately this was an opportunity of a lifetime.

Through the years, I have seen firsthand the need for those desiring to remain safely at home. As far back as I can remember, I have always had a very natural inclination for helping others. Watching the care my grandmother received only solidified in my heart the joy that I would feel helping care for so many. I love to make people laugh, love to share stories, and make memories. I love to bring JOY to those around me.
